Bang the drums and clash the cymbals......I think the number is 60!
Great notes to find in your inbox.....................
From a quilter on the HGTV Quilting Board:
I will be sending 6 quilts for the project around the first of next week. I just wanted to let you know the count so you have an idea how to plan. Mine that I send will be finished little quilts (top, batting, backing & quilting already complete & ready to go).
From a quilter--I have no idea how she found out about this:
I have five tops ready to go in the mail...just send me your address! (see how easy this is!)
From a quilter, who happens to live in my area:
Last night, while blog-hopping to see the quilts from Judy Laquidara’s Design Wall Monday, I came across your request for doll quilts/tops for the Woodworkers Guild’s Christmas toys project.
I have just finished 2 very scrappy tops. One is the cradle size and the other is the bed size.
So when I say the number is 60, I could be very wrong, and wouldn't that be a good thing! I know there is still a lot of stitching to be done on my part, but what a lot of wonderful help I discovered in blog land.
Insight: If you see a need in your community, step up and offer to help. When others ask for help, lend a hand. And when you need help, ask for it. You might find that Mrs. Claus lives near you.
Update: Want to see some little quilts..check these out.

I think Mrs. Claus lives in each of us just a little bit...
Wooo hooo! ...for 60 quilts!
I am so very glad this is working out. It couldn't be for a better cause.
I mailed 10 little quilt tops to you yesterday from Ohio. You should have them by Friday. Such a great cause, Mrs. Claus. Happy stitching. If you would like to see a sneak peek of them, check out the post on my blog today at:
